Founded in Yokohama fifty years ago this year,Cahrmy has always been and remains a creator of original jewelry. One of its most outstanding creations is the world's first 210-facet cut diamond.Inspired by the idea of creating a daimond whose beauty is immediately apparrent,Charmy takes selected high cut grade 58-facet diamonds(normally considered the most beautiful and re-polishes them into 210-facet stones. Having more facets does not in itself make a diamond better.Handcrafted by Charmy's skilled artisans to reduce the angles between each facet and dramatically increase their reflectivity,however,these stones have every ounce of brilliance squeezed out of them.It takes a month and half to cut just one of these diamonds,but word of their beauty has spread and made them a long-selling favorite for engagement rings.Charmy wants to be treasured,and its commitment to producing genuine quality is evident in every clock and item of jewelry it makes,and not just its 210-facet diamonds.For half a century,it has made items worthy of being passed on from one gereration to the next,and that approach will never change.
